Wonderful inviting place combining a feeling of rural homeliness with old-world grandeur. I greatly appreciated the elegant bespoke details in my room and the location, with tranquil Ledbury a stone's throw away. A must-stay for anyone searching for a picturesque getaway or a home away from home!

We are so grateful that we chose to have our wedding ceremony and reception here in July. We decided in the January to get married, and within a month everything was planned thanks to the amazing Maisie. Nothing was too much trouble and we worked closely with the kitchen to plan the most amazing three course wedding breakfast. The owner was also kind enough to allow our lovely dachshunds to be part of the ceremony which was incredibly important to us. I stayed at the hotel the night before, which turned out to be a big win for me as it was burger night! We booked the Pinnacle Hill as the bridal suite and it was incredibly charming, with lots of natural light...perfect for the wedding preparations in the morning. Every inch of the building and grounds was a wonderful photograph opportunity. Set in the most beautiful countryside, the warm, sophisticated building is always somewhere we have enjoyed to visit and now it has become even more special to us. Thank you so much to the Verzon Team for everything that you did to make our day so wonderful. We are hoping to see you again to celebrate our 1 year anniversary! Jamie & Beth x
My husband & I had our anniversary dinner here recently. The building is beautiful, the restaurant area is stylishly decorated & comfortable, the staff were all very friendly, welcoming & helpful & the food was delicious & beautifully presented.
Excellent Sunday lunch in a cosy, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The food was of a high quality, well presented and full of flavour. The roaring log fires certainly added to a very warm welcome.
When i called in, it was after 9:30pm on the off chance that they had a room. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and even offered to see what the chef could whip up before the kitchen closed had i wanted something to eat. Lovely room, beautiful decor, great view, breakfast was amazing. I Will be visiting again, so i can try the restaurant! Glad i took a chance!
A perfect dog-friendly lunch spot. We had a wonderful lunch at Verzon House. The atmosphere was inviting, with a log fire burning—it made for a very cosy stop on our journey. The food was great, and the staff made us feel completely at home. They are very dog-friendly, so our dogs were able to join us. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food in a relaxed, warm setting. We will be back. !
Had lunch here with my good friend today. We had made a reservation with it being a Saturday. Polite staff greeted us and showed us to our table near the cosy fireplace. We ordered a cocktail each and chose our food from the menu. Excellent choice of dishes on the menu. When the food arrived the presentation was very good and it tasted utterly scrumptious. The waiting staff both male and female were very pleasant. We had a great catch up over some delicious food which we both enjoyed immensely. The ambience in the bar where our table was located was nice too, not too noisy. Plenty of parking spaces outside.
